When you contact us

The form sends your name, email address, selected topic and message, together with the originating page and website domain. This information allows Noriven to receive your inquiry and respond to it. The name, email and message fields are required to send the form. You can also write directly to contact@noriven.com.

Please limit your message to what we need to understand your project. This public form is not intended for health records, payment information or passwords.

How your message reaches us

Your inquiry is sent through our Google email service so it can be read and answered by the people handling your request. Our website also relies on hosting services to deliver its pages. Service providers may process information outside Quebec.

To ask about information held in our correspondence, its retention or its deletion, contact us using the address below.

Website analytics

On noriven.com, we use Umami, hosted at umami.noriven.com, to understand page visits and useful actions: opening the contact page, sending a request, exploring the Glutax preview or following a link to Glutax.

Usage information can include the visited page, browser language, device characteristics and referring website. The interaction events added to this site contain fixed choices such as the language or selected step; they do not include your name, email address or message. The tracker is configured to exclude URL queries and fragments and respect the browser’s Do Not Track setting.

Your browser preferences

Your light or dark theme preference is saved locally in your browser. You can change it using the theme button or remove it by clearing the website’s local data.

The French and English versions each have their own URLs. You can switch language using the FR / EN link.

Links to other services

The website links to Glutax and the App Store. When you follow those links, the destination service’s own privacy information applies.
